60+ years experience in the Flooring Industry in manufacturing, sales, credit and financial management.We are located in Dalton, Georgia the heart of the Flooring Capital of the World.
We manufacture premium high density polyurethane Rug Pad and Cushion products safe for humans, pets, and the environment. Our cushion and Rug Pad products have been produced with excellency for over thirty years.
Mr. David Gaddy and Mr. Charles Gallman obtained the Cushion padding and Rug Pad product in December 2021 and are Co-Owners of Harbor Cushions, Inc.

Our Focus is to produce the "BEST" PREMIUM HIGH DENSITY POLYURETHANE RUG PAD AND CUSHION PRODUCTS IN THE MARKET TODAY.
Our products are safe for humans, pets, and the environment. They were developed with many years of scientific research, and manufactured with proprietary chemistry and technology. Harbor Cushions Inc., products have been engineered to be the best and advanced carpet cushion foundation in the carpet industry today for residential, and for the heaviest commercial and hospitality applications.

David Bio
Mr. David Gaddy
Mr. Gaddy graduated from Dalton High School in 1965 and from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, Tennessee in 1970 earning a BS degree in Marketing.
Mr. Gaddy has been in the Carpet Industry for 50 years working in manufacturing and sales for multiple carpet companies before establishing Harbor Carpet Mills, Inc. with his wife Linda. He retired briefly for approximately eight years. Mr. Gaddy then partnered with Mr. Charles Gallman in December 2021 and formed Harbor Cushions, Inc. They manufacture premium high-density polyurethane Cushion Padding and Rug Pad products.
Mr. David Gaddy volunteered as a Boy Scout Leader for several years. His hobbies are spending time with his grandchildren and traveling with his wife Linda.
Charles Bio
Mr. Charles Gallman
Mr. Gallman graduated from Murray County High School in 1965. He also graduated from The University of Tennessee, in Chattanooga, Tennessee in 1977 with a BS in Business Administration with minors in Accounting and Business Management. He worked briefly in the Carpet Mills before enlisting in the Armed Services in 1966-1969. He was Honorable Discharged with the rank of Sergeant E-5.
Mr. Gallman worked at multiple companies in the Carpet, Trucking, and Factoring services. In 1992, Charles & his wife Dianne opened American Financial Services in Credit Insured Accounts Receivables Management which is still operating at present. Mr. Gallman partnered with Mr. David Gaddy in December 2021 and formed Harbor Cushions, Inc. manufacturing premium high-density polyurethane Cushion Padding and Rug Pad products.
Mr. Gallman has coached young boys and girls in basketball, and baseball programs with the Murray County Recreations Department, Ringgold Recreations Department, YMCA, Chattanooga, Tennessee, and also worked with Traveling Baseball programs. His hobbies are watching sports, and attending his grandchildren's sports activities.
